Normally I would never take the time to write a review. However, Jo at Back to Basics Health Solutions has really, really helped me to figure out what works for MY body. I seen Jo in desperation - I was overwhelmed with the amount of information; what's good/what's not...... Jo took the time to discuss what things mean, provide me a plan, and help me to keep track of my progress. Jo does this in a very supportive and positive way - She has helped my gut health more in the past 8 weeks over any other 'regime' has over the past 10 years. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

A PROGRAM THAT WORKS!! I'm a mum of 3 and run my own business alongside my husband, life is hectic. The back to Basics Weight loss Program fits easily into family life and dining out was never a problem. There are Many Delicious recipes to try on the program some of which have become family favourites. I Found it simple and easy to stick to and felt so much better for being on it.
